I prefer to refer to them as committing the crimes that Americans don't want to commit, like breaking and entering into someone else's country.

Yes, and they are not usually prosecuted for DUI, they either leave the country or just fail to appear. I also heard or read something about a seperate court in AZ for hispanics and other minorities that was giving lighter sentences to minorities than Caucasians, found that hard to believe- I am looking for a source. Not sure what the thinking behind that would be, do they think a drunk minority on the road is safer than others?
