My comments were towards the boy, not the teacher. The teacher is totally at fault for this, I guess you don't have a 14 year old son or his friends around talking when they don't think you can hear them. By high school age they pretty much know the mechanics of things and add raging hormones into it and all bets are off. Its up to the adult to say no, not the kid, thats why they can't be charged. This teacher needs to go to jail, the boy shouldn't be faulted for being seduced by this wacko.
