No, I remember when I was a 14 year old boy though and if a beautiful woman hit on me at that age I would have gone through with the deal like the boy did here. I don't blame the kid for doing it, kind of like locking a pregnant woman in a chocolate shop overnight and telling her she can't have any, it isn't going to happen. If my 14 year old son did do something like this I would be disappointed with him, but I would certainly blame the teacher and not him for having it happen.

Agreed. In spite of whatever his hormonal state was, she committed a felony .. period, end of story.

They can't prosocute because his mom doesn't want him to testify (I'm pretty cetrain he's had all the spotlight from this he can stand) .. so the perp dodges jail time.

It's my belief that there shouldn't be any difference in outcome whether it's female perp / male victim of the other way around.

The kid may have willingly jumped on it but the perp knew it was a felony.
