"No matter the time or day she was taken, one still only had to look at her home life to know it wasn't a great life. I have very little sympathy for any of the adults that were in the child's life."

It sounds like the quality of her home life had nothing to do with this abduction.
It didn't matter what kind of family she came from - this could have been anyone's kid.

Even screwed up adults can come upon hard luck - and I don't doubt that they were devestated by what happened.

I just wish the child could have had a stable, loving, two-parent home. From everything you read, it does not sound like she did. It may or may not have played a role in her killing, I don't know. Of course, no one is to blame for her murder other than the monster who did it, but I wish her time on earth had been a little more stable.
