I hope you're right. If I lived in Florida, I'd vote for Harris, but things do not look good for her.

Though you have to respect her for being willing to stand up and run, I can't help but wonder if her personal fortune has scared away some other good candidates who would have a much better chance of ousting the liberal Nelson, but who does not relish an expensive primary fight.

Harris is spending $ 10 million of her own money. Bad idea. The first rule of politics is to spend other people's money. Unwritten rule is that following the first rule prepares you for high office. She is going to lose all her money.
