Maybe I should get up, make headlines and “Speak for everyone.”

LOL! I met you last September at W&M.....I would take one syllable you utter as gospel truth, before I would listen to one word the "other one" spews. You can speak for me anytime! ;*)

"Actually, she did engage a moderate lefty, and used that very argument ... He said something to the effect of "We should give money to everyone" ... She responded:
'So you want to give money to Hamas and the PLO? What do you think they would spend it on? Schools or bombs? You want to fund terrorism???' "

I was at the last large "Peace March" in DC. After hanging out with the conservatives at the Navy Memorial on Pennsylvania, Ave. I walked up to the Old Post Office Pavilion at 11th St.

A "Peace" protester stopped near me carrying a sign that read "Money for Education, not War." I asked her, wasn't she concerned about terrorists developing nuclear arms to use against us. Her rather strange reply was that it wouldn't matter because we'd all be dead. I said but then there'd be no one to educate, so why the sign? She then called me "stupid" and walked away in a huff. My parting retort was, "Lady, my IQ is over 150. What's yours?" Of course, there was no reply :)

You're welcome, FRiends.
It was a pleasure to antagonize the lefties one more time.

I have three counter-protests under my belt in one weekend, although I no longer consider the Walter Reed rally on Friday nights a "counter-protest",
(it's more of a Thank You/Welcome Home/Get Well Soon/Great Job Troops Rally.)
The Richmond protest didn't go exactly as planned, because the moonbats didn't march to the War Memorial as planned.
They must have figured out it was in bad taste to protest a war in front of a wall with the names of soldiers who died protecting their right to be idiots.

AAR and pictures ASAP.

What do you do when they stand in front of your signs and try to block you? That drives me nuts.

I move to the edge of the curb, so that the only way they can block is to stand in the street, which they are not allowed to do.

But that's what they do. We were standing on the curb and they got in front of us and basically squished us back. There was no place to go. It's so annoying. There has to be a way to get around them.

You have to get there first.

I guess what I'm saying is that we were there first, standing on the curb for best visibility, and they muscled in, as they always do. And I asked the police why they could do that when we had a permit to stand there and he said it was a 'free country' and that was that. Also, they are vulgar and physically aggressive.

I try to move to another spot, or just keep my distance.
Apparently, our moonbats are more well-behaved than yours.

or just scared.

Do you think they know "Muslim Liberty" is an oxymoron?

I'm heading out in a few hours on a special mission but just want to say what a beautiful day it was in Richmond VA.

Channel 6 news (at midnight) included us in their coverage, interviewing USMCPop and f22strike. Both gentleman were outstanding.

I was proud to stand for America with fellow FReepers and Protest Warriors today. Thanks for all the honks and thumbs up from Richmond Patriots. And to the few who dropped the F-bombs and one finger salutes I will just say:

BUSH WAS RIGHT!

LOL! What an excellent adventure today was. First time I've been that close to a real live anarchist, let alone had a dialog!

I KNOW you will enjoy your special mission! Thank you again for the awesome photo!

Sounds like everyone did a great job, it's going to take me a while to post the Tucson results. But let me say that we gathered 100 Pro-Americans waving many flags and signs to their 200 moonbats, completely occupying the Military Recruiting Center strip mall they had hoped to fill up and trash like last year. The mall itself was covered in bunting and pro troop banners. The moonbats were forced to go across the street thanks to our "human shield" (yes, I made a sign ala Dutch Embassy) and quickly left to the tune of our side singing na,na,na,na...na,na,na,na...hey,hey,hey...goodbye! The Tucson Police Dept. Bicycle Squad was incredible, keeping peace in a professional way. They received many cheers from us, too!

The shocked look on liberal faces was incredible...We were on local ABC, NBC and Fox News...(CBS must have been in Dan Rather mode!) Thanks again to DC Chapter...many mentioned you as inspiration.

Other songs sung by at least 50 of us...God Bless America, America The Beautiful, Star Spangled Banner, Amazing Grace, and even Kum By Ya. (sorry, no time right now for spell checking!) God Bless Our Troops in America and across the World!
