You have no right to tell others how to live on their land.

You're just flat out wrong. There are rules in every community. And they are designed to protect everyone. Now if she didn't like the rules, she could have left. But she didn't, did she? She now faces the consequences of her inaction. I hope she gets help now and I suspect she will. But the town did NOTHING wrong and there's nothing wrong with wanting to live in a town that takes care of itself. For whatever reason you want.

OK, Miss Grundy. Whatever you say. Where I come from, neighbors who need some help get some help. Maybe you come from a less friendly place. I do so hope you stay there, and out of my neighborhood.

If you do move here, though, please let me know, so I won't bother plowing the snow off the end of your driveway after the plows come through, like I do my other neighbors.

The Gov't growing itself into a larger and larger bureaucracy and passing more and more laws......does not justify itself.

Which is exactly the case you are trying to make. What you are missing is this Country was founded fundamentally on privacy and property rights. Nothing to do with "what the community" wanted...or what the "community thought was best".

Again, if you want only neighbors that behave a certain way....then buy up all the land around you. Don't look for the Gov't to morph itself into a larger burden by getting involved in every aspect of our lives.

Pathetic.

You have no right to tell others how to live on their land. You're just flat out wrong. If I want anything I'm entitled to it. There are rules in every community. No burglary.. or murder - same thing And they are designed to protect everyone who matters. Now if she didn't like the rules, she could have left after she was swindled out of of all her money. But she didn't, did she? Shows you what poor people are like. She now faces the consequences of her inaction Should have sold her body she had that.. I hope she gets help now and I suspect she will. But the indolent, greedy, Pharisaical town did NOTHING wrong (except try to punish her for being poor while not recovering her dough from the swindler and there's nothing wrong with wanting to live in a town that takes care of itself and get rid of Those people. For whatever reason you want.

You're a real pice of work, Hildy.
