The RSC introduced a balanced budget based on the 1995 “Contract With America” at today's 11 am press conference.

Supplemental Appropriations Budget Requested (3/03/06)
Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R-TX), on behalf of the RSC, sent this letter to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Josh Bolten, requesting a detailed accounting of how the supplemental appropriations already provided for the War on Terror and Gulf Coast hurricane relief have been spent.

Wow! The .pdf version and the word document are both is 74 pages long. Tried to post just page 5 a Summary Table but have problems with the chart format layout.

I'm hoping for a 'think tank' or other reputable media (like Human Events or some such), definately not a MSM job, to put together a side by side comparision so we can look and compare the same line items together from this and the President's budget.

Mike Pence and the RSC is the last hope for the Republican Party to become conservative again.We must all support this budget.
