The democratic voters perceived that Kerry was the only candidate who could beat Bush, though he lacked the emotional connection with voters that Clinton had,"

The democRATS may have percieved that Kerry was the only candidate who could beat Bush. WTF??? Why exactly didn't he win? Lacked emetional connection ? The people percieved that Kerry was an elitist, snob who had nothing but contempt for the average citizen.

I believe it will be the pure, bitter, hatred of the Demo/communist Party that will do them in in both the 06 mid-term election and in 08.

Make no mistake, it's not George Bush the Dem/coms hate. They hated Nixon, Reagan and Bush One just as much.

the Dem/coms are frustrated because they cannot come right out and argue their socialist agenda. They must campaign as if they want to sustain the very system of constitutional rule of law and the free enterprise capitalist economy they want to tear down.

The Dem/coms are in serious decline. Even the incept Bush administration can defeat them. The only real hop the Dem/coms have of recapturing the Oval Office is to attempt a military coup.

Shrum is a typical Democrat- bitter, vitriolic, mean spirited, and wrong on the issues.

Two things wrong right off the bat. First off, that McCain would be the nominee. I don't see that happening unless all of the other candidates get caught in public naked with a little boy, leaving McCain as the only viable choice. Second, in the unlikely event that he got the nomination that he'd actually win. You'd see the lowest Republican turnout in history.

Not if it's Hillary against him.

If it's a choice between Hillary and McCain, I'll vote 3rd party or stay home. No ifs ands or buts.

If it's a choice between Hillary and McCain,

And I'll wait in line naked with a plunger up my butt to vote for McCain, and I can't stand the jerk.

The we'll just have to agree to disagree. I refuse to be vote any longer for candidates on the premise that at least they aren't a Democrat. If we don't demand better candidates, then we can't ever expect better than what we keep getting offered.

I tend to agree on both accounts. The only problem is if McCain could get the freaks on the far left to vote for him along with the RINO's. VERY long shot, but still a shot nonetheless. With the potential hacks that the DNC are going to put up and their shunning of sHillary, it is a semi comatose viable option, but getting the DUmmies to all get on the same playbook with the RINO's would be a political masterpiece. /just sounding off

Thanks for that image. Yuk.

Although I agree with Marcus, I'd have to make an exception with Hillary. A Hillary presidency rises to the level of extreme danger to the republic.

Would you ever vote for a pretty conservative democrat over a very conservative republican? No thats why the democrats aren't going to vote for a pretty liberal republican.

A valid observation. I would add this: When it comes down to voting, as far as most DIMs are concerned, there is no such thing as a liberal republican.

The only positive about a McCain candidacy would be watching him lose what little sanity he has left when his lapdogs in the press start savaging him within minutes of winning the nomination.
