Richard Simmons is gay no doubt but i respect what he does, in high school i new a kid that lost over 100 lbs he did his workout stuff and Richard Simmons actually went to his house and met him! This was a not a publicity stunt or anything, he(the kid i knew) said Simmons didn't bring TV cameras or anything. he seems like an ok dude/dudette. BTW, this was in NW Indiana. :)

I actually get a kick out of Simmons. Yes, he's clearly gay. But more importantly, he doesn't make an issue out of his fudgepacking, so I don't have to think of it. Hate the sin, not the sinner, right?

People are fat because they don't cook. Everything is processed, premade and reheated.
Putting a can of soup on the stove is not cooking. It's reheating.
People consider "baking a cake" adding eggs and water to ready-made mix. I'm not saying you have to go out and grow your own wheat or churn your own butter, but make sure your ingredients don't have ingredients.
