Smokers will tell you it has to be the one on the left. After all, it's a
big hoax that smoking kills.
Non smokers will recognize the lung on the right for what it is.

Almost no smokers will say that smoking over time, doesn't cause diseases in SOME people which end in death.
Some of us object to the single minded hysteria regarding smoking, when there are other habits far more dangerous.
Second hand smoke studies, are however, bogus and have been proven so. They were conducted by anti-smokers to give them greater leverage to ban smoking. It's served them well.
