Since the guy said he purposefully did it in retaliation for how Muslims were treated in America, doesn't it have to pretty much be classified as at least a hate crime?
Myself, I would call it terorism, but then I'm just silly that way.

Excuse me, but this poor abused Religion of Peace disciple had evry right to run down these infidels. And don't you dare criticize him or some of his Islamic fascist friends or they will be knocking on your door next to slit your throat and rape and kill your family!
I'm sure that our "infallible" FBI, having been pre-conditioned to tiptoe around the Religion of Peace will simply see this as a stuck accelerator problem and let him off with milk and cookies!
