Since the poll tacitly purports to represent prevailing opinion, it is fraudulent. And, according to an on line dictionary which defines* a forgery as "Something counterfeit, forged, or fraudulent."

So, the headline in Drudge, on Fox and elsewhere should rightly be... "CBS FORGES another one!"
