I may be a contender for the record for overloading a Ford Ranger. I regularly had over a ton of material in the back (sod, dirt, rocks, pavers, gravel, crushed limerock, sand, concrete, 5-yard trailer on hitch, bobcat on hitch) when I was in the landscaping biz. I think I went through 3 transmissions...I learned a lot about how not to treat a truck, the hard way...
Mexicans?
I have my magnetic[for easy on and off] collection of bumper stickers that I place on my truck every morning depending on which job I am going too.I actually have a celebrate diversity and think globally, act locally sticker I use when building for school teachers here. They seem to have all the money in my area,so I tell em what they want to hear, so that I can get some of it.

Worst damn vehicle I bought was a Mazda 2300 2WD. Nice little truck, but I swear I got the damn thing stuck going DOWNHILL in the snow.
Last time I ever had a 2WD pickup.
Bedliners rust out the bed in the frozen North. Traps salt moisture. Sprayed on epoxy/rubber magic stuff is better.
Fargo does the worst job of keeping the streets clean I have ever seen. Tell them that there is this new thing called salt. You spread it on the streets and the snow melts.
Oh! And a 55 gallon drum with Jimmy Hoffa inside.
We always had rock salt in our cars in the winter time when we lived in New England. It works like magic if you're on ice. The sand solution our neighbors used was totally worthless.
Ping.
I would carry a snowmobile.
LOL...
What if your wife's a dog? :D
Ahhhhhh, good one. I can't believe you ask that question. You got me.
I live 7 miles from liberal, feminazi, Hollywood, CA. So on hot Summer nights I drive down there, just to p*$$ em off with my littly, bitty truck and what I'm carrying in the bed of my truck. Here I am on Sunset Blvd.
