I'm unable to listen to the news conference but it reads like they've identified where Vado stored his skins and have tested and probably quarantined the areas.
Which would be SOP, I'd think.

NEW YORK, NY (1010 WINS) -- Three locations, previously thought to be cleared of anhrax, have now tested positive. The sites were used by Vado Diamonde, a drum maker and dancer, to store and treat raw goat skins he imported from Africa.
Diamonde is in stable condition being treated for inhalation anthrax. Tests for five other area residents came back negative, but are being treated as a caution.
Diomande collapsed after performing last week with his dance company in Mansfield, Pa. Medical tests on Monday suggested anthrax.
Bloomberg emphasized that the treatment of the seven people was only a precaution and that law enforcement officials had found no evidence of criminal intent.
"There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that this is anything other than a tragic accident,\\\'\\\' he said.
