he is not in custody...these are sampling the attitude of the regional populace in Serbia. When it becomes more saturated with it being written for a few weeks, the people will be immune to it and there won't be a hard reality for his supporters. The reaction will be softened without little recourse to be had against the snatchers and their friends/allies, etc...
