While he is wrong, I think it's a violation of free speech and an over-reaction by the Austrian government. The editors of Powerline, two of who are Jewish said the same thing several days ago. Basically this guy is going to jail for being a jerk.

They sure are, not that facts ever made much difference to Irving where there were books to sell and self promotion to be done!

BTW, our concern with free speech is that it is a proven method for de-fanging people like Irving. If you don't allow free speech in your society, you just drive fascism and it's near relatives underground where they will fester, and then leap up and bite you in the *ss someday.

Right, that's Spain where the local magistrate down in traffic court can arrest heads of state and former heads of state.

Broadcast TV is all local in Italy too, just like international law in Spain, but at least you get a lot of gameshows and dancing girls with it.
