The brutal abduction and murder in Paris of a young Jewish man by a gang of African emigrants called the 'barbarians' has shocked the whole of France, which once again has been obliged to face its anti-Semetic past. The murder of a 23 year old cell-phone salesman, llan halimi, took plase over three weeks, during which he was tortured while his captors tried to extract a ransom from his family. Halimi was lured to his death by a woman he had met in his telephone store. They met up late on the night of Janruary 20 in one of Paris's southern suburbs, Bagneaux, on what he thought was a date. The next day, his parents received an e-mail telling them their son had been abducted and would be released on payment of about $540,000.00. In order to convince Halimi's parents their son had been kidnapped, the abductors borrowed a trick from Islamist kidnappers who abduct westerners in the Middle East. They sent a picture of the young man being threatened by a gun, and holding a newspaper to prove the date and time.

You will take notice they are being called African emigrants and not Islamics. I guess its safer than saying the religion of peace had anything to do with this.
By allowing a defacto seperate "nation" to operate inside their soveriegn territory the french have effectively surrendered ......again without a shot.
This is not an incident of a ethnic group taking advantage of a generous and politically corrrect host ( read weak!), It is a invasion and until france gets the balls to take back their own streets they will be held hostage in their own backyard. As much as I want to say let them fix it themselves, in the end it will us once again pulling their frilly asses out of the fire. Pathetic frogs
I truly feel sorry for the 20% of French citizens who support the USA. The other 80% don't have a clue even when their country is falling apart right before their eyes.
You have to read all the way to the last few paragraphs before you find any mention of the murderers' religion. Apparently reading from the Koran during torture is a common practice, according to the article. They mentioned the victim's religion in the first sentences. It took many paragraphs to mention the murderers'.

The French habit (a consequence of their vanity?) of condescending accommodation will soon crack. They are neither stupid nor have a death wish. It's cracking all over Europe right now.
i'd wager that a new european immigration to the United States will be underway shortly.... too many french and danes and brits and etc will be sick and tired of supporting the welfare state and all the troubles that come with it
More details emerged after the arrests. Halimi had been held in several different places in and around Bagneux, whose residents, most of them immigrants, did not appear to have noticed anything out of the ordinary. Such densely populated immigrant areas are considered "no-go areas" ("zones de non droit") where the police cannot operate freely .
