Nope, there is no peaceful resolution coming, but I think it is good to play out all of our cards prior to attacking. All those (mythical) Iranian "students" who "support" us and "oppose" the regime had better get off their butts PDQ or they won't have any butts.
I'm not holding my breath for that to happen.
