Legislation like this makes you want to shoot the lawyers. The hell? If it weren't for us, people might actually get convicted for this nonsense. If you want to blame someone, blame the special interest morons that push this legislation and the legislators that bow to them.

It is not a mistake that lawyers are proportionately misrepresented in lawmaking bodies, throughout the land.Lawyers, per se, have richly deserved the anger and loathing they receive.
