Why oh why isn't it up to the VOTER to make sure they vote?
Quite frankly...if someone must be persuaded to go vote...then they should not be voting.

Maybe they can't vote because of the emotional toll of living through this natural disaster. The NAACP should vote for them, because they know whats best for these poor peoples. /s
