This is a terrible story but I became compassion-fatigued on Africa a long time ago.
Africa is a hopeless hell hole, but interestingly it may someday send out the Christian missionary's needed to save the advanced European world.
Zim should be more sanitary and provide wood chippers to process the late term fetuses before they're dumped. So much more hygenic.
