Since the adherents of most religions believe their religion is the "one true faith", how could the EU have a law that would allow any one faith to make that claim without "slandering" every other faith?

But ya know, so many leaders have come up with the real kewl and apostate idea that we are all worshiping the same God anyway regardless of what we call him so hey....

I think what they may do (very soon) is ban all current names that the world religions use for their gods and place a new one in place of it.

(I thought the writing was a bit pendandic, but the first few were OK. After that, the stories were obviously drawn out to get as many books as possible out of the series. It really started to drag. That said, there was some good stuff in there.) A "one world religion" and banning Christianity are straight out of Christian end-times prophecy. Scary stuff...
