So on one hand, there is an unprecedented increase in the population of these bears, and on the other hand, they are starving and in need of being put on the Endangered Species list.
Sounds like bipolar bears to me.

Strange... this was from last year. A leading Canadian authority on polar bears, Mitch Taylor, said: "Were seeing an increase in bears thats really unprecedented lol. Would ya stop letting facts get in the way of a good smear? Sheesh.
