"The International Relations Center is working to make the U.S. a more responsible member of the global community by promoting progressive strategic dialogues that lead to new citizen-based agendas."

Amererica's Program is topical with intelligent articles. http://americas.irc-online.org/

Excerpt from Right Web.. "Over the past three decades, an informal coalition of militarists, social conservatives, and ideologues has spun a web of power and influence--a network of policy institutes, think tanks, government entities, corporations, and political projects. A very interesting web site. Detailed biographies of key individuals, roles and connections. See Right Web. Also, well written articles with the key "new vocabulary" but without the bile.

And for the stunner....It is a leftist site that develops policy positions. It also provides a ready resource for key Republican officials so leftists can have their talking points in order when speaking about "neo-cons"...

If anyone is familiar with this site, please post views and thoughts. This site is clearly above Pelosi's reading ability!

Note the last sentenance cited above. "Someone better tell President ...." which appears to mean that democracy is disfunctional and dictators are more favored.

Of course, Jimmy Carter affirms this! And now, another source.
