Ben Franklin Williams, a former New Mexico Army National Guard private 1st class, chats with Maj. Gen. Barbara Fast at the Landmark Cafe Wednesday evening. Williams was a prisoner of war during World War II and is being decorated with several deserved medals by Fast.
