Russia can sell them the Migs but every plane has to have a pilot. If Chavez is going to confront us, those pilots better be a lot more adept than other third world pilots.

The Venezualans will not go up against the US, but will us weapons to bully and build a greater empire in S. America. This should not be allowed to go forward. There is no reason for any country in S. America to feel threatened, any weapon is for offense only.

They already have F-16. Who trained them to use them? The United States of America! Those pilots have a wealth of experience on the F-16. Easy to convert onto MiG-29s.
