I know....just complaining......
but these are 2004 figures and it's gotten worse.
The State of Hawaii has a surplus of $579 million from overtaxing for 2005. The legislature is debating a refund now....of $1 per taxpayer refund.
Hawaii's population is 1.2 million. About 2/3 of that pay taxes. Go figure.
