This blows big time.
Sick!
What, they are predicting additional arson attacks on SBC buildings?
Bill Klinton remembers...HE was there!
Please keep me posted...
It's Southern Baptists so it won't count as a hate crime on the media scale. Now if they were mosques......
Move on.
Baptist Ping
But this is very likely a white area and these are likely white churches...
I live a few miles away from this area.
where is the link? not at the page you linked to...
Excuse my ignorance. Does this mean 5 churches with predominantly Black congregations? Or does this mean someone is going after Christians of any color in Alabama?
sorry, i see it now...
The news item is there.....a banner at the top of the page. :-)
Southern Baptists are generally and overwhelmingly white churches and they are not only in the south.
Exactly.
The MSM will treat this as "well, if they weren't narrow-minded and homophobic this wouldn't happen. Serves 'em right. They had it coming."
where is it on fox?

Authorities Probe Church Fires In Bibb & Chilton Counties
POSTED: 7:59 am CST February 3, 2006
UPDATED: 8:22 am CST February 3, 2006
CENTREVILLE, Ala. -- Authorities say at many as five churches in Bibb County were damaged by fire overnight, including the Ashby Baptist Church on Highway 139 in the Brierfield community. The structure burned to the ground.
The pastor of another nearby church -- the Reverend David Hand of the Old Union Baptist Church -- says a fire was discovered at his church at around 4:30 Friday morning. But, he said the blaze was extinguished before it could cause serious damage.
Other churches hit by fires early Friday morning include Antioch Baptist and Pleasant Sabine Baptist in Centreville and Rehobeth Baptist Church in Lawley, Ala.
Another fire damaged a church in Chilton County late Friday afternoon. An article in Friday's Clanton Advertiser reports a fire gutted the Old New Harmony Church. No one was hurt and investigators with the state Fire Marshal's Office are trying to determine how it started.
It's unclear if the church fires are connected. There have been no arrests.
Well, if they were White churches, we wont be hearing much from the media then.
Southern Baptist Churches are predominately White.
