The saga continues on Friday morning in the Los Angeles superior courtroom of Judge Aurelio Munoz.
Peter Paul, who has been seeking justice for five years, will soon learn when discovery is to begin in his unprecedented civil trial against a former president and a sitting senator. Both defendants have the same last name -- Clinton.
David Kendall, the man who was in possession of documentation for $1.6 million spent by Peter Paul in the 2000 Hillary for Senate campaign, but stood by and allowed a third fraudulent FEC report to be filed, will be arguing again on behalf of Hillary. He is trying to have her removed from the civil case.
Munoz had earlier refused Kendall's motion to remove her from the case based on his "anti-SLAPP" theory. It went to the appellate court last year, and the court ordered it back to Munoz for a decision. Arguments will be heard tomorrow morning, and if all goes as it should, Hillary will again be told that she should start preparing for discovery. As we have seen, however, justice does not always proceed in California courtrooms as it should.
When Kendall was in town last November to argue before the Appellate Court, he ran away when I accused him of participating in allowing a fraudulent FEC report to be filed. He wasn't pleased. Then, when we went inside, I again tried to grill him and hand him my cell phone so he could say hi to Peter. Again, he wasn't amused.
The case is moving inexorably toward discovery. Even the spinning weasel Kendall cannot delay it forever. There is a day of reckoning. I'll have a report for you when I return from Los Angeles.

Do you really think that The Hildaeast is worried? Their ilk own the judicial. The only ones to worry are the judges for not swaying the verdict.
My concern is for Doug.He's a friend,and he's on a noble quest.I wish him well,so I wanted him to know.

I think Doug is a great guy also. But quit beating a dead horse. Nothing is going to happen to the Klintoons. They are protected from prosecution. Where have you been for 10 yrs? These felons will escape any charges. And now ole Bubba is almost part of the Bush family. This is your corrupted "Two-Party Cartel".
That would be a big mistake. We must continue to hammer the Clintons relentlessly until Hillary is out of contention for the White House.
Bill Clinton would not have been impeached if all of the pre-Lewinsky scandals had not been exposed.
You must have quite a view from that high horse of yours.
