I heard a legal expert expound about the details of the case on conservative talk radio in San Francisco.

... and...?!

No, no. I'm sorry, there's nothing more to the story.

You are having the same strong emotional reaction that I went through --that I'm still going through-- and which I believe is proper.

I heard of the case about 7 months ago.

GWB has CREATED the climate where these things are not only possible, but applauded by big budiness and the illegal lobby.

I can never ever remember the problem as bad as it has been.

He nonsense and idiocy on this issue has led to millions of illegals feeling completely comfortable with streaming here in hoards with no fear of deportation whatsoever.

This legal expert (she was a conservative Jewish lawyer) was simply speaking about the case.

She was aware of the case, and believed it to be an eggregious example of what can LEGALLY happen to you if you are a property owner and happen to dislike Illegal Immigration. She was a prominent lawyer of some conservative organization and was not "on" the case formally.

I was dumb-founded.

So these criminal invaders got $600k plus a house? Pretty soon all of South America and Mexico will be here.

"Ranch is signed over to 2 immigrants"

This is probably going to sound strange to you, but out of such injustices grows outrage. We need a lot of outrage over these border incidents so that, finally, something can be done to correct them. I don't believe that this is even close to over.

Can you say Occidental oil? There was a whole sale transfer into private hands of a military oil reserve to
Occidental, guess who's family name was on that? Did you guess "Gore"?

I guess you forgot the millions of illegals Billy imported and granted citizenship?

Good idea, but in the Fascist Republic of Mexico non-Mexicans can't own land. What a great country they have, huh?

The Southern Poverty Law Center is truly one of the most despicable organizations to pollute this nation

ABSOLUTELY !!

Thanks for your link...I had already started to look for it myself.

I go nuts that our local TV stations, local NPR affiliate (barf), AND EVEN Fox News continues to treat these crooks and everything they say as if it were holy writ. This after even such a progressive rag as Harpers has trashed them.

But if your organization gets a tad too far to the right, you can count on being denounced as a hate group by these jerks and having it incessantly repeated by careless or leftie media.

I strongly encourage those not familiar with the SPLC to click your link and read the Harper's piece.

I have always thought that if someone came along to seize property I had built up with my own hands, all they would get would be the land in it's original condition. Barren, undeveloped, no improvements of any kind, everything plowed back into the ground. Who knows, maybe some high concentration brine-saltwater intrusion might also find it's way up into the soil and leave it's residue behind, you never know about these things, nature can be funny that way when left to her own devices. At least this way, when they come to rob you, they won't get much for their trouble.

Bush and Clinton and Gore and Dole and Kennedy, and the whole bunch stink. No more dynastys, no more families, no more of this.

Gore and Cigar Boy (Who GWB referred to as his brother) should be in jail.

Bushbotism is as sickening as Clintonism.

I am outraged. I'm emailing O'Reilly, and trying to find out who this judge is. This is ridiculous.

When summoned go to court. Nethercott had an attorney at the time. They did not even bother to answer the complaint with the simple reasoning presented on this thread. Who knows? One page, one hour? Could have won it. You got to show up to win.
