I think most of their military still uses tubes in their equipment!
Not a bad idea with what nukes can do to computer chips.
(I actually have an old tube radio in my shop. Sounds wonderful, mainly because I can hand tune it. Our local stations wander up and down the frequency a bit, FCC be damned.)
