It would be kinda fun to bring in pots and pans and join in. Just keep on making noise through the whole thing, especially whenever they tried to talk. Just play dumb, God knows that crowd isn't bright enough to know better.

We will then march down Euclid to E. 30th (where channel 5 is located, also the state Board of Elections which helped steal Ohio for Bush in '04), and march back to Peabody's on Prospect where the music will continue till 11:00pm.
Sheesh. Last I heard, the Ohio Elections Commision was headquartered in Columbus.

Anyone remember the "Instant pep rally" scene in "Pump Up The Volume"?

Tulsa: There is plenty of parking just south of Ch 2 in the Old Village Cleaners parking lot.
Does said company know about this?

Sadly, if you join in the noise-making, you will be counted by media observers as part of the protestors who want to drown out the President. Huge posters with pro-Bush messages would work better.

DC: Washington DC: West Side of the Capitol on the National Mall In DC, we will gather as close as we can to the scene of the impending lies: We will be on the west side of the Capitol, around and in front of the reflecting pool. The Press will be parked along 3rd Street and along the South Side of the Capitol (Independence). Cindy Sheehan and Ann Wright will speak to us (and them) at 8 pm; they will be followed by other speakers (the Rev. Yearwood and Doug Nelson, an Vietnam War vet) and then at 9, the main event will begin:

Picture a marching band/brass ensemble, a drum circle, a choir, tap dancers, a rock ensemble, hip-hop poetry, other spoken word, hootenany, African, Asian, Irish glorious soaring rhythmic, each beginning and doing a few minutes in sequence, followed by overlapping moments, followed by at least 30 minutes of jazz-like improv, call and response, followed by one fully stunning long-held harmonious wall of sound that rises to the heavens.

The whole main event lasts 50 minutes, from 9-9:50. It’s possible the media might be roused from their hypnotic stance to report on it.

If you are interested in either helping with logistics or performing, or can help us get great performers, please email Karen Bradley at Karen@democracycellproject.net or call 202-669-3927.

Breakdown of Speakers

8-9 PM: Cindy Sheehan Ann Wright Doug Nelson, Vets for Peace Rev. Lennox Yearwood, the HipHop Caucus Rev. Deborah Lake

9-10 PM Performers: Chris Chandler Joe Jencks Guerilla Poets Rhythm Workers Union Rabbi David Schneyer rock bands, tap dancers, choirs drum, circles noisemakers, and YOU!

Also, short segments by performers, jam session, and WALL OF SOUND

BRING: warm clothes, instruments, noisemakers & FLASH LIGHTS to illuminate truth over lies!

Everyone who is free today must get on the phone right now and call every talk radio show, every local school district and high school and every local police dept.(Truant dept if they have one.). Also every local TV News station. Here are some simple talking points.

Let them know that the "World Can't Wait" encourages high school students to walk out of school and go to the rally.

Also that many high school teachers encourage and actually tell them to go.

Tell them to type "World Can't Wait" and "Front Group" into an internet search engine (like google) to find out that WCW is tied to RCP.

Type "World Can't Wait" "Walk out" and "High School" into an internet search engine to find out that WCW actually tells high school students to commit a crime and walk out of school.

Ask specifically what is the school district going to do to prevent teachers from sending students to a radical rally without parents consent and how are they going to stop walkouts?

If the rally is on government land like a park or University, call the responsible authority and ask why they permit a rally that engages in a crime? (truancy). Tell them they are responsible for any high school student that is injured or overdosed on drugs if they don't pull the permit.

Any results? Post them here, please!

Every time they "act out", they just remind normal people of how much we hated them during the 60s-70s.

Good morning.
"Wavy Gravy, Now there's a name I'd not seen in many many years"

Do you mean you don't go to the Hog Farm every year? That's cool, neither do I, and I could almost walk there.

I didn't see the Ugly old Women In Black on the list. These harpys are in front of the courthouse much of the time, yet they miss this. I'm very disappointed in the dedication of the left these days.
