Yes she is. I noted her little epiphany elsewhere. She is a sweet lady, but rather insecure mentally. She is somewhat better than Boxer on economic issues, and much better in the charm department.
The real question is why does Feinstein feels so insecure as Senator that she would even pay any attention to Sheehan's threat? I think Feinstein wanted to filabuster all along and Sheehan is just her justification. I lived in California for 16 years and the people of CA elect these know-nothings because they are part of the make believe world that is California.
