I agree. I think it would be better to smartly and cleverly muffle their noise pollution and thereby protect their precious enviornment from their barbarous disregard for the rights of others. Try measuring and then reporting & complaining to authorities about high decibel levels, bringing lots of insulation like loads of peanuts to muffle the sound, etc. You can't do emp, but you can cleaverly sabatoge their electronic equipment, and you can certainly criticize their energy use priorities.
