There's the Episcopal Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of America, the Traditional Protestant Episcopal Church, and my favorite (since I'm Orthodox myself) Western Right Orthodoxy. You forgot AMia. Most of the ECUSA Churches I know who are leaving, are leaving for AMiA.
