Killing has nothing to do with privacy, and when we get five Constructionalist justices, they will interpret the Constitution honestly.

Justice Rehnquist did a fantastic job of showing how Roe was unconstitutional in his dissent.

Even a good number of pro-"choice" people said the Roe was unconstitutional. Here's one of many examples:

“[T]he very basis of the Roe v. Wade decision — the one that grounds abortion rights in the Constitution — strikes many people now as faintly ridiculous. Whatever abortion may be, it cannot simply be a matter of privacy.”
