I don't doubt most of this. I have always believed that China is quietly pulling all these strings. They could be using Iran and the radical mullahs, along with Latin America and NK, as distractions for America.

I think they have planned an end game strategy of confrontation by proxy, which they have tried before in Vietnam and Korea.

Very interesting, thanks for posting this article! This Cuba-Iran axis reminds me a bit of the Soviet-Nasser buddyship of the 50s and 60s. Certainly the old Soviet Union and China had no hangups about supporting Khomeini (may he be blotted out) and similar nutcases for their own interests. The Soviets got cute in Cuba in the early 60s to take our focus off Berlin and southeast Asia, and did the same in Central America in the 70s and 80s to divert our attention from Europe, the Middle East, and Afghanistan. Putin and the Chinese Kahoona are playing the same game that Mao, Khruschev, and Brezhnev did.
