trebb, you are right. Where are the court reviewed and approved search warrants to follow their moves? These are civillians, and unless the government has evidence to prove they have committed crimes, then they should not be targeted and killed. If they have committed crimes, then arrest warrants should be issued and they need to stand trial. Bush is violating their constitutional rights and has violated U.S. law. But they didn't commit any crimes in America so the U.S. needs to mind its own business and let foreign countries handle their own internal criminal investigations. A terrorist can only be a terrorist after they have committed a crime. THis is a matter for law enforcement, not the military. < / liberal sarcasm mode>
