LIFE STYLE EXTRA (UK) - Muslim fanatic Abu Hamza had a hate list of the enemies of Islam, with the Jews and Christians listed at number two and three, the Old Bailey Heard today (tues).
The former Imam of Finsbury Park Mosque said claimed Jews were the sons of monkeys and their influence was growing daily by invading the minds of Muslims through television, radio and literature.
The list of hate was revealed in a 90 minute long audio tape anti-Semitic rant entitled 'Enemies of Islam II', recorded sometime in 1998 or 1999, which was played to the court.
Egyptian-born Hamza told his audience: "My dear brothers in Islam. Today we are talking about the second enemy, Jews.
"Six enemies as we said. Tyrants and apostates of our leaders, Jews number two, Christians number three, evil scholars of Muslims number four, hypocrites number five, ignorance of our Umma (Muslim community) number six
The 47-year-old went on to tell the audience that the influence of the Jews was growing "day by day in our countries."
He said: "Not only in our countries, in our homes. Our houses are full of Jews. Where? Under the table? No. Under the bridge? No. In the television. In the radio. In the books of your children, in the mind of the children. In the chest of your children and your wives and some of you. So they're not far from us."
He rambled on: "But Allah have said something very important to show how much we have neglected in our religion for these sons of monkeys, to rule upon us.
"Allah describes [Jews]as sons of monkeys. The story of evolution not all of it is wrong, you know, because Darwin he was so emphasized by Jews, he wanted to establish a link between human beings and the monkeys. Why?
"Because he was so afraid to find his own grandfather as a Jew, the first monkey, the first ape."
And spinning out his hatred of Jews he went on to recount a historical parable about how a veiled Muslim woman market trader was exposed by Jewish market traders and her humiliation was avenged by a "good Muslim."
He said: "Jews since they started, since Islam started, are fighting women of Islam and tempting women of Islam to uncover their faces and whatever below their face.
"The woman refused and they were making a mockery out of her. when in the end they pinned that cursed Jew, he actually he tied, he tied the bottom of her clothes to her neck without she realised, from the back.
"When the woman she finished and she wanted to go home, she stood up and her private parts were showing and Jews were laughing at her from everywhere.
"One good Muslim which we don't have his kind of in our times, was angry for Allah, he went and killed that Jew."
He ranted on: "How many Muslims are killed now of your brothers amongst you in front of your eyes by Jews and helpers of Jews and you pretend you have not seen."
Of the modern Israeli army he said: "Now they are training the women to kill our men and children. Their women are more capable than our men, they kill our men as if they are playing a video game, because of the equipment and because of their readiness.
"We are not ready for anything apart from fighting with each other in Mosques and pointing fingers at each other."
Hamza denies 15 charges, nine of soliciting murder, four of inciting racial hatred, one of possessing a "terrorist manual" and one of distributing material likely to stir up racial hatred.
The case continues.
