Actually, it's pretty rare for a guy to contract HIV from sexual activity with a woman, as opposed to contracting HIV from another man. If you are a woman or the "catcher" you have much higher likelihood of contracting the disease. This holds true even if condoms are used.
Also, most of the gay and/or bisexual guys I know are incredibly promiscuous. AIDS doesn't discriminate, but I see this as a reasonable question.

I agree. Women get the worst of it. That is why this trend of bisexual men cheating on their wives and girlfriends with other men is so troubling. They even have a saying for it, "Living the Down Low". It is why I, as a woman, have an special hatred for the new movie, Brokeback Mountain. Married men who cheat on their innocent wives with other men are nothing but evil.
