The article said he went to school wanting to die. Maybe this was a suicide by police. The bullying part of this story is disturbing. This stuff happens more than we care to think. Some kids just can't deal with it. I have no use for bullies.

Most schools use peer pressure and mediation to sort out these bullying problems. Neither of which work, but at least the participants can claim they are taking action. This is the PC Kumbiaya silliness that our education system subscribes to.
It is also sad that he chose to involve so many other people in his death. I am sorry for the cop who had to kill this troubled youngster.

Some kids just can't deal with it. I have no use for bullies. Sounds as if he had clinical depression. I'm sure the parents will agonize over this for the rest of their lives. Very sad.

I agree that this is really disturbing. I think that the cops did what they had to do in this situation, but I also feel that the schools should crack down on the bullying that goes on so much these days. If the kids could go to a teacher or counselor and explain what was going on and expect that something be done about it, that this kind of situation could be prevented.
