That's just an idea circulating around. Parliament threw a hissyfit, totally irresponsible- they're just asking to be dissolved.

I wonder if we could see a repeat of the events that took place in Moscow in 1993? I am sure you know that is when the Clinton backed Yeltsin regime disbanded parliament by decree. Yeltsin then brought in the tanks to shell his own parliament when they resisted his illegal decree. I still remember Warren Christopher talking about the victory of democracy.
