FEC CONCILIATION AGREEMENT SIGNED BY ANDREW GROSSMAN AND ACCEPTED BY FEC

DAVID ROSEN INDICTMENT

After pushing by donor Peter Paul for almost five years, the FEC has finally made a ruling on the biggest campaign finance fraud ever. Andrew Grossman, Hillary's 2000 senate campaign treasurer, admitted culpability in violating federal statutes and not reporting $721,000 from her campaign.

Remarkably, the fine was only $35,000, and everyone is still missing the donkey in the living room. That donkey in the living room is the one with the fat ankles. It is none other than Hillary Rodham Clinton, the woman who continues to be above the laws that apply to the rest of us.

Hillary has shown absolute contempt for the FEC, for reporting requirements, for the courts, and for the voters. The FEC, made up of three Democrats and three Republicans, would not dare make the ruling they should have made --- that Hillary has participated in a conspiracy to defraud the voters of New York for five years.

Whistleblowers are making headlines today. Perhaps Hillary just doesn't want to be known as a whistleblower. Nope, you can't accuse her of that.

What could she tell the government? Well, let's go back to July 11, 2001. By then, the campaign finance fraud and failure to report had been going on for many months. Two false reports had already been filed. On July 11, attorney David Kendall accepted service for Hillary in Peter Paul's civil suit. Included were bank statements, invoices, and cancelled checks from Peter to show that he spent $1.6 million and was her biggest donor. On July 3, 2001, Andrew Grossman was served in the same suit and was provided the same documentation.

On July 30, what does the candidate conspire with the treasurer to do? Well, of course, they would do something very Clintonesque. They would file the third fraudulent FEC report. Is there anyone who is not certain that Hillary knew absolutely what Grossman was filing? Hillary has to absolutely control everything. Hillary knew everything and allowed her treasurer to file the fraudulent report.

The FEC found "there was probable cause to believe New York Senate 2000 and Andrew Grossman, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.S Sec 434(b) of the Federal Election Camp[aign Act of 1971 and 11 C.F.R. Sec 102(c)(8)(i)(A)."

Read that again. Andrew Grossman admitted knowingly violating the law.

The spin from the Clintonistas will once again be that she did nothing wrong. Nothing wrong? The FEC found that two federal regulations were violated. The next step is that the Justice Department needs to file charges. That is not the job of the FEC. Hillary has allowed the fraud to continue for almost five years and actively participated in that fraud.

Hillary, dear, Peter will be seeing you for discovery in the next several months in his civil suit. Feb. 3 is the next Superior Court hearing, and Hillary will once again be told that she is not going to be removed from the case.

It will be a trial to be remembered. I hope Peter can get me a ticket. Besides defendants including Bill, Hillary, Grossman, Levin, et al, the witness list will bring the press to another one of those famous L.A. trials. Whoopie Goldberg will be called. Cher will be called. Dianna Ross will be called. By the way, why does Ross have two names and Cher only gets one? John Travolta and Barbra Streisand will be called. Chelsea Clinton will be called. We will be seeing Patti LaBelle, Michael Bolton, Toni Braxton, and perhaps even Red Buttons and Jimmy Smits. Vince Foster and Ron Brown will probably not be able to be served.

Peter and I have been going over the transcript of the testimony in the Rosen criminal trial. My goodness, how those nice liberals can get on the stand and tell lies. We have found many. Just as Josh Steiner had once testified before Congress that he lied to his diary, producer Gary Smith apparently lied to his appointment book. He claims he never made it to that lunch at Le Dome where he told Peter the concert would cost $850,000. Gary, you are going to be caught.

For those believing the Clintonista spin, you are deluding yourselves. Howard Wolfson admitted to the WASHINGTON COMPOST a few days after the event that he knew the event cost a million dollars. Does the official spokesman know something the candidate doesn't know?

Today was a good day in the beginning of the vindication of Peter Paul. He has told everyone for five years that the campaign finance reports of the Clinton senate campaign were lies and these people violated the law. His previous convictions are used to make him look like an absolute despicable criminal. When the whole story is told, people are going to have a very different attitude. I consider him a hero for being part of the group that ripped off Fidel Castro of almost 9 million dollars. And there is much more to tell about the failure of Stan Lee Media stock.

I got torqued off at a WaPost op-editor over his article in my local paper and emailed him. I told him that his opinions and that of the Post were biased, and I mentioned Sen. Clinton's 'shell game' with campaign donations as something they have suppressed. (Except for the "courtesy" email saying they got my message, I probably won't hear from him.)
