As I recall saying on another similar thread, maybe the stress and depression are more directly caused by the conversation that led up to the abortion....
Woman: I'm pregnant. We could get married....
Man: In your dreams. Get rid of it and get lost.
It's not only an abortion the woman has to contend with but a broken heart.
Yes. It takes two people to get one person pregnant. And if the impregnator does the right thing, it may help curtail a lot of abortions. Of course, some women get abortions even against the fathers' desires. And married women get them too.
:-(
The conclusion is that sex is designed for making babies. It's part of the package deal. People try to circumvent the natural law in many ways, but mother nature always wins eventually. If sex stays within marriage, and marriage commitments are honored more than they are, this will curb abortion tremendously.
Feminism is evil. It has convinced so many women that being a wife and mother is worthless, less than, inferior, unfulfilling, unimportant, and so on. Men are deprived of their natural manhood, and women of their femininity. Feminism has nothing feminine about it. And who suffers the most? The children, both the ones who don't survive the gauntlet, and those whose parents think their own wants more important than the well being of their children.
There are many reasons why God has given mankind the basic rules for marriage and sex. It's for everyone's happiness.
