For about $50K, you can buy a coaxial, ultralite helo. Doesn't come with all the extras, including cockpit. You don't
need a license, either. By FCC regulation, can't go any faster than 55mph.

Counter-rotating rotors are cool! The mechanism is more complex, but you gain hugely in stability and maneuverability.
