My hunch as well. The Times helpfully published a list of them on Dec. 23--all the ones who knew, and the special few who sent objections to the White House and, imagine!, received no satisfaction. I'd say start there.
Just a simple video of Senator Jay Rockerfeller (D-WVa) being escorted out of his offices by US Marshalls to be brought in for questioning would be a fine start.
The ensuing scramble of congresscritters and leftist members of the press would be instructive!
