Author Ronald Kesler, who has written books about GW Bush and about the CIA, stated on Fox last week that wiretaps led to the apprehension of someone plotting to blow up one of the tunnels leading to Manhattan.

Also, I'd like to have someone step forward who has been unnecessarily "victimized" by wiretaps.

The alert from NSA intercepts also lead to the identification and arrest of that cretin who was planning to destroy the Brooklyn Bridge with blow torches.

If I am not mistaken the git who plead guilty to planning to bomb the Brooklyn Bridge is claiming he was caught due to the wiretaps.
