The leaks will continue and they will continue to try and tear President Bush down untill someone has the courage to arrest and prosecute the traitors leaking information.
The fact that they have to use expensive messengers, who have to be flown around and eat, instead of Aldul calling Mohammed and having a two-way, real-time, conversation for cheap is a huge victory in and of itself.
Slows things down.
There's leaks.
Message gets messed up (play the rumor game much?)
Etc.
