Which article is this from?
This is not an article. I've spent much of the past year and a half in St. Petersburg, Russia...specifically downtown, which is a very incestuous environment. There are people in their 90s who remember Tsarist Russia. Things are not at all forgotten there. But they all went through a terrorist reign of communism that took 73 years to pass. Things are only starting to sort themselves out. I wanted help checking out a story I've heard with specific information.
